Job Description

As a Project Manager at Abroadly, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects within scope, budget, and timeline. You’ll coordinate cross-functional teams, manage resources, and ensure the successful delivery of services that meet our high standards. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, leadership abilities, and a commitment to driving results.

What You Will Do

Project Planning: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Team Coordination: Lead cross-functional teams, assigning tasks, setting deadlines, and ensuring accountability.
Resource Management: Allocate resources efficiently, including budget, personnel, and technology.
Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
Monitor Progress: Track project milestones and deliverables, providing regular status updates to stakeholders.
Ensure Quality: Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure all deliverables meet expectations and standards.
Continuous Improvement: Analyze project outcomes to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear, consistent communication with clients, partners, and internal teams.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in project management, preferably in education or service-oriented industries.
Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project).
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Understanding the study abroad process or education sector is advantageous.
Detail-oriented with a results-driven approach.
Adaptable and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate challenges effectively.
